- Instant EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), allowing direct bank transfers.
- Delivery
- Service Areas: We deliver Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town. Deliveries outside these areas may incur additional charges or may not be possible.
- Delivery Times: Standard deliveries are made between 8 AM and 5 PM on weekdays. While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
- Recipient Availability: Please ensure that the recipient is available at the provided address. If no one is available, we may leave the delivery with a neighbor or at a secure location and notify you accordingly.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. A cancellation fee of 30% may apply.
- Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
